 JBC Bottom roller Bearings are used for supporting bottom rollers in Ring spinning frames and speed frames of textile Industries. Every bearing is ground to strict quality norms, which ensures accurate running of the bearing. Major components of bottom roller bearing are
1.Outer ring, which is crowned to accommodate misalignment in the roller stand. 2. Inner Ring has knurling on its flanges & it helps in presenting entrance of foregn particles and fiber in bearing. 3. Nylon Cage made from Nylon 6.6 with M section is used. This design allows more grease to accommodate. The design of pocket ensures needle from failing and also give them positive accurate guidance. 4. Holder 5 Grease Nipple. JBC Bottom Roller Bearings are available for various types and sizes of Roller stands. These are crowned to accommodate some misalignment in the Roller stand and helps distributing the load uniformly.
